Another weekend show is over

 

Mike and I just put another  show to bed. We were in front of this building in downtown Oakland all weekend. The architecture on this building was beautiful. I wish I had taken a little more time in this photograph. Art and Soul Festival,  lots of people, lots of loud music in all directions and people having a good time.

We enjoyed chatting with our neighboring vendors and the people who came in to see our designs. Lots of stories and happy to see some walking away with new jewelry designs.

We have a busy 3 weeks until the next show in Bodega Bay. We are looking forward to that show as it is near the coast and a Seafood and music festival. We will be working many hours to design lots of pieces for this show. I have some ideas for some new beach themed styles that have been waiting in my trays. Mike has all kinds of earring and necklace designs started and ready to complete.

Today we will unload the van, try to get everything back in its place, hopefully get to play with some very missed grand kids and rest if there is time. Tomorrow back at it. Enjoy your week, summer is almost over for the kiddos and it goes on and on for us. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beach and farmers market and all the things we love. Someday that will happen again, for now heads down designing and working at something we love.
