It's almost the weekend.

The weekend is fast approaching and I have been busy this week catching up on computer work, photographing jewelry to list, editing and listing a few new designs.

I have designed some pieces to submit for spring publications.  I have written my blog post for this weekends Bead Soup Blog Hop, reveal 3 to be posted at midnight on Friday.

I helped my husband do some marketing and wrote a post about his new jewelry line. We are excited to bring this to market. He is an artist, photographer and now is designing a gorgeous line of earrings, and necklaces. Make sure to check out his shop at www.watersoulsstudios.etsy.com

I just wrote my post for September Bead Trends. I love that project. I read the magazine and scan the pages for stories and designs that catch my eye. Of course I always look for my friends designs. Then I talk about the special artists that make the Cover and Designer Highlight. Each month takes me a bit longer as there is so much to see. Then I get to talk about my designs that made the magazine and share my inspiration and the art beads I use. I will be posting this sometime next week.

All of this and a series of movies with my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter, Alexa. She loves to watch the same movies over and over and we have seen Tangled, Hop and Shrek this week. She came over this evening and asked to spend the night. I don't mind because I can usually get my computer work done or some beading that doesn't take too much concentration.  She also love to play with a bag of beads and ribbons that are just her size. She is my little side kick.
